Online Bill Pay
Pay all your bills online through one convenient location!
Bill Payers is offered to all members and is integrated with our Online Banking. To use our Bill Pay service, all you need is to be signed up with our Home Banking and maintain an active checking account.
- Online Bill Pay is free for the first 15 transactions per month. Any activity past the allotted 15 is an additional 35 cents per transaction.(1)
- Bill Pay may be used to pay any bill you owe, whether it's your mortgage loan, credit card, utilities, medical, or even your neighbor.(2)
- Setting up your Payee's is simple and easy. You can even set up re-occurring payment schedules that come out automatically each month.(3)
- The Online Bill Pay processing is handled through Metavante, an independent, third-party vendor.(4)
- To sign up for Bill Pay, simply click on the Bill Pay tab once you are logged into Home Banking. To sign up for Online Banking Click Here or follow the link in the left-hand menu.
- The monthly period starts on your anniversary date of when you sign up and goes until the day before of the next month (i.e. Jan 15 - Feb 14). Additional transaction prices are subject to change.
- Payments may be sent using either electronic ACH or by check, if electronic format is not available.
- Funds must be available at the time the payment is submitted. Any NSF fees that occur will be charged to your account.
- All payment processing and billing is handled through Metavante. For any other problems or to cancel Bill Pay, contact Westmark Home Banking Support.
