*Introductory rate available only for NEW home equity lines. Not available for the refinance of an existing Westmark home equity line, first mortgage loan, or second mortgage loan unless the existing loan/line is at least 36 months old and applicant qualifies for and opens a new credit line with at least a $15,000 increase in the balance and commitment amount.

**2.99% Fixed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) applies to all balances until September 30, 2017. After the introductory period, the APR is variable and based on the Prime Rate (Index) plus a margin. As of January 10, 2017, the variable rate is 5.50% APR but may be more or less at the conclusion of your introductory rate period. Minimum variable rate after introductory period is 4.00% APR with a maximum variable rate of 14.00% APR. All closing costs on credit lines of $50,000 or less will be paid by Westmark, subject to reimbursement if you pay off your loan early (within 36 months of account opening).
